Você só pode instalar a Versão 32Bit porque sua CPU não suporta PREFETCHW (* significa suportado e o - significa NÃO suportado):

PREFETCHW - Supports PREFETCHW instruction

que é um requisito para instalar a versão de 64 bits desde o Windows 8.1
