A hibernação do Windows não está funcionando corretamente

Quando eu ligo o notebook novamente após a hibernação, ele diz que o Windows encontrou um problema e teve que desligar.

Eu acho que o problema é com a transferência de arquivos da RAM para o disco, porque ele me pede para enviar MEMORY.DMP para a Microsoft

O problema começou depois que eu configurei dual-boot com o Ubuntu 14.04 e desliguei o windows hybrid-shutdown para acessar arquivos NTFS do Linux. Além disso, o notebook não caiu, então o HD está em perfeitas condições.

Notebook Dell Inspiron 14r, de 3 a 4 meses de idade.

depois de verificando o dmp com o Windbg , vejo que o falha é causada por um antigo driver de LAN Realtek de 2013 para o seu chip Ethernet ( PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136 )
