ffmpeg e exr - canal sem suporte ZBack

Estou tentando converter uma sequência de exrs gerada por uma renderização do Maya em um filme de quicktime. Estou executando o ffmpeg no Windows 7 (64 bits). No entanto, meu quicktime está saindo preto.

Acho que o problema tem algo a ver com o canal ZBack nos exrs:

Eu tentei a conversão com uma versão posterior do ffmpeg (20170921 - 183fd30), mas acabei com uma mensagem de erro totalmente diferente:

Estranho. Eu executei uma versão atualizada do ffmpeg em alguns arquivos de teste (como fiz anteriormente) e recebi algumas novas mensagens de erro.

Configurar o probesize e analysisuration não parece realmente ajudar.
