O Debian congela enquanto o SSD I / O é intenso

0

Comprei um drive SSD (Kingston SSDNow) e instalei o Debian 8 nele;

O sistema funciona bem. Mas hoje eu tentei extrair um arquivo tar enorme (~ 8GB) e no meio da extração o sistema apenas congelou, nada aconteceu e eu reiniciei. Então tentei de novo e novamente congelou; Mudei o tar para HDD e lá foi extraído corretamente;

Eu esta uma falha de hardware SSD? Ou apenas algo errado na configuração?

Aqui está um SMART do meu SSH
