Exchange 2010 - Alterar a configuração padrão "Exibição de Conversa" no Outlook Web App

Estou convertendo uma organização para o Exchange de uma configuração mais antiga do Sendmail / Dovecot POP3 baseada em Linux. Em uma tentativa de facilitar a transição, eu gostaria de aproveitar o Outlook Web App para ajudar a ambientar os usuários aos conceitos de correio baseado em servidor.

Um dos problemas que encontrei no treinamento é a configuração padrão Exibição de conversa no OWA. Isso recolhe / encadeia as mensagens de uma maneira extremamente confusa para os usuários no ambiente this . Alterar essa configuração individualmente é fácil, conforme detalhado abaixo ...

Existe uma maneira de desabilitar essa visão ou desmarcá-la como padrão em toda a organização?

Brian Day, um PFE do Exchange, diz:

You cannot disable it for everyone at this time. I would suggest asking the users to give it a good month of use, and give it an honest chance.

Conversation view may takes some time for some people to figure out, but the majority of the time people end up being far more productive with it. Lots of real life people studies went into observing how people were productivity-wise with and without it before making it the default view.
