link não é veiculado diretamente, apenas redireciona você para um espelho. Ele tenta ser esperto e mandar você para um "próximo". Veja a página da web no link para obter detalhes, e link para alguns detalhes adicionais.

De qualquer forma, o problema é que você não tem conectividade IPv6 para ftp.tr.debian.org no momento em que tentou; pode ser que o espelho esteja inativo ou que exista um problema com sua conectividade de rede IPv6.

Aguarde um pouco e tente novamente (esperamos receber um espelho diferente ou descobrir que o problema transitório desapareceu) ou especifique um espelho específico explícito em suas fontes apt em vez do redirecionador.

Parece que está tentando se conectar por IPv6 por algum motivo:

A menos que você tenha esta caixa conectada a uma rede que suporte IPv6 , ela não poderá se conectar ao endereço IPv6 . Para forçar IPv4 para apt-get , insira a opção: -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=true .

Por exemplo:

sudo apt-get -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=true update sudo apt-get -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=true install procps

Disclaimer: Eu não sou uma pessoa Debian (muito mais familiarizado com o Ubuntu / RHEL / CentOS), então eu não tenho certeza porque o Debian está usando IPv6 , mas até que a maioria dos ISPs suportem isso então certamente não vai funcionar. Você pode querer descobrir como configurar o sistema para preferir IPv4 por enquanto. Eu tentei configurar isso em uma máquina Debian Wheezy, mas com sucesso limitado. Parece que a maneira de sobrescrever IPv4 / IPv6 precedência é com /etc/gai.conf :

Remova o comentário da linha precedence ::ffff:0:0/96 100 em /etc/gai.conf :
