Servidor Exchange não está servindo dispositivos móveis - como solucionar problemas?

Nosso servidor Exchange parou repentinamente de veicular dispositivos móveis. Tentativas de conexão resultam em nosso servidor ActiveSync retornando HTTP 500.

Ele está servindo aos clientes do Outlook.

Nosso servidor é o Windows 2003 SBS 6.5 SP2

Não há eventos anormais no log do sistema.

Eu executei o "Exchange ActiveSync com AutoDiscover" no link

Eu notei uma anormalidade nas propriedades do Exchange. O diretório do arquivo de log mostra:

Em nosso servidor SBS 2003, eu tive que: - desinstalar a placa de rede do gerenciador de dispositivos, fazer uma varredura de novos dispositivos e reinstalá-lo -run "netsh int ip reset" -Reinicie o servidor. -Execute o assistente Alterar IP do servidor do Gerenciador de Servidores. -Execute a conexão ao assistente de internet -Execute o assistente de acesso remoto.

Depois de fazer tudo isso, o servidor e todos os recursos RRAS, Exchange System Manager, Exchange Activesync, RPC sobre HTTP, etc, tudo funciona perfeitamente para mim.
