Pessoal, aqui está o (s) script (s) que usei em uma vida anterior. Isso foi em um servidor de impressão 2003, mas eu presumo que eles funcionem bem em 2008 também. Eu obtive a maior parte disso online do blog de alguém, mas não me lembro onde ... foi há anos.
Como funciona:
auditprinters.bat = arquivo em lote (agendado diariamente) que faz o seguinte:
- Parses through input via FOR loop of print servers. In my case I only had a single print server but if you had additional you could modify the FOR loop to allow for an input file, etc.
- Sets up various output folders
- Deletes logs older than 30 days
- Dumps the printer logs using
DUMPEL
(make sure you have the Windows Resource Kit installed or getdumpel
and place it somewhere and modify that line of the batch file)- Makes a backup of the current logs
- Process the logs calling

ProcessPrinterLogs.vbs = script que analisa os logs da impressora (formatação, etc.)
Eu usei o Excel para abrir os arquivos e fazer minha própria classificação, manipulação, conforme necessário.
