debian e apache2 instalam

Eu entrei no meu servidor VPS recém-adquirido que usava o debian e tentei instalar o apache2, aqui o que acontece como raiz:

e depois que ele permanecer assim para sempre, ajude-me a corrigir o problema.

A linha crítica é provavelmente esta:

/usr/sbin/make-ssl-cert: line 74: mktemp: command not found
dpkg: error processing ssl-cert (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Isso significa que a configuração do ssl-cert falhou porque o comando mktemp está faltando. Para corrigir, tente instalar o pacote mktemp . Então faça

dpkg --configure --pending

para concluir a configuração de todos os pacotes não configurados.

Mesmo assim, isso é estranho. O mktemp é marcado como "essencial" no Debian, o que significa que deve sempre ser instalado. Você usou alguma opção --force no dpkg ou apt-get? Algo parece estar bagunçado no seu sistema.
