Não é possível instalar o ffmpeg-php no Ubuntu

Quando eu procurei por esse erro, ele parece ser mais comum no CentOS, mas estou usando o Ubuntu 15.10.

Meu problema é que eu segui esta instalação no site do ffmpeg-php e encontrei um erro ao fazer este comando.

./configure && make

Como faço para corrigir isso? Algumas pessoas disseram para fazer apenas sudo apt-get install ffmpeg-dev'' or ffmpeg-devel ', mas nenhuma funcionou e está ficando desconcertante que não há solução para isso agora. É como se eu fosse o único com esse problema.

E sim, meu FFMPEG está instalado, se eu digitar ffmpeg -cmd, receberei dados do ffmpeg. E eu sou capaz de codificar um vídeo para que ele seja instalado.

No Ubuntu, os cabeçalhos FFmpeg são distribuídos entre vários pacotes, que são criados a partir do pacote ffmpeg source. Eu acho que você deve instalar todos eles ( lista aqui ):

$ sudo apt-get install libavcodec-dev libavcodec-ffmpeg-dev libavdevice-dev libavdevice-ffmpeg-dev \
libavfilter-dev libavfilter-ffmpeg-dev libavformat-dev libavformat-ffmpeg-dev libavresample-dev \
