Atalho de teclado com Shift in Mate

Question

Eu instalei o Fedora 21 com o Mate. Quando tentei ligar a tecla de atalho Ctrl + Alt + Deslocar + Acima (para mover uma janela para alguma área de trabalho ), ele me diz que eu já estou usando Ctrl + Alt + Acima para alternar. Não consigo entender porque ignora a tecla Shift .

Também notei um comportamento estranho nos IDE do JetBrains (mas a mesma configuração padrão nas distribuições Debian funciona bem). Por exemplo Alt + Deslocamento + Acima não move a linha para cima / baixo. Ficarei muito grato por qualquer sugestão.
