O SELinux pode ser configurado para impedir que programas abram portas, mesmo portas acima de 1024. Esta pode ser uma proteção útil contra malware.

Se o SELinux estiver habilitado (o que você pode verificar executando getenforce - se a resposta for Enforced , isso significa que o SELinux está ativo), existem duas maneiras de corrigir o problema.

Primeiro, o caminho mais fácil. Este é simplesmente desabilitar o SELinux. A desvantagem é que seu servidor agora está muito mais vulnerável a ataques / hackers / ataques. Se você optar por tornar seu servidor menos seguro, poderá executar o comando setenforce 0 . Você também precisará alterar a configuração para impedir que ela seja reativada após a reinicialização; isso é feito editando o arquivo /etc/selinux/config e alterando a linha

Se você é um usuário non-sudo tentando ligar sockets, então sim, pode ser um problema de permissões.

Já tentou executá-lo como sudo?:

sudo restart php-fpm

Eu não vejo um arquivo pid para php-fpm, edit / add:

pid = /var/run/php-fpm.pid  #Change location to whatever you want, like /tmp
killall php-fpm
sudo restart php-fpm
